An Act relative to a stay of surcharge pending appeal hearing.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                Chapter 175, Section 113P of the General Laws is here by amended by adding after the word “plan” at the end of paragraph 1, the following:

                “The Board shall stay any surcharges until there has been a final appeal hearing held under this section.”
