By Mr. Hynes of Marshfield, petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 973) of Frank M. Hynes relative to determining surchargeable incident types, the Merit Rating Board shall establish the minimum amount of damage in the definition of a "Minor Accident" at $1,000.  Financial Services.

 An Act relative to surchargeable incidents.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

   Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the 18th paragraph the following paragraph:-

 

   In determining surchargeable incident types, the merit rating board shall establish the minimum amount of damage in the definition of a “Minor Accident” at $1,000
