An Act relative to periodic statements of banks.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Chapter 167B, Section 9 of the General Laws of Massachusetts is hereby amended by adding the following language:

(h) Any transactions, withdrawals, or charges made in a foreign currency shall be required to be reported separately on the periodic statement.
