In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the reimbursement of collision repair technicians.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the rate at which an employer of any qualified automobile collision repair technician shall be reimbursed by an automobile insurance company operating within the Commonwealth shall not be less than forty dollars per hour and shall not exceed forty-five dollars per hour per technician.
