An Act relative to the Massachusetts State Employees Credit Union. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 171 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second sentence of section 8 the following sentence:
Except that the Massachusetts State Employees Credit Union, because of its statewide field of membership, may after notice and hearings as the Commissioner may require establish and maintain branch offices.
