Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “policy” in line 47 the following:— including a term policy.
SECTION 2. Section 134 of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “except a term policy” in lines 46 and 47.
