An Act relative to policies of insurance.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 2B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the paragraph numbered 4. Therein, the following new paragraph:-

5. The Commissioner shall by rule exempt from filing policies of insurance otherwise subject to this section and require in lieu thereof an annual written report of the forms so exempted that are currently in use.

SECTION 2. Section 108 of said chapter 175, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the paragraph numbered 12. Therein, the following new paragraph:-

13. The Commissioner shall by rule exempt from fining policies of insurance otherwise subject to this section and require in lieu thereof an annual written report of the forms so exempted that are currently in use.

SECTION 3. Section 132 of said chapter 175 as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the paragraph numbered 12. therein, the following new paragraph:-

SECTION 4. Section 132B of said chapter 175, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the paragraph numbered 7. therein, the following new paragraph:-

SECTION 5. Section 134 of said chapter 175, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the paragraph numbered 7. therein, the following new paragraph:-
