An Act relative to motor vehicle insurance surcharges.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the number “5”, in lines 189 and 199, and inserting in place thereof  in each instance the number:— 3.
