An Act relative to red light cameras.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 113B of Chapter 175, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the clause “ convictions of moving violations of motor vehicle laws,” in Line 191 and inserting in place thereof the following new clause:-

“ convictions of moving violations of motor vehicle laws , except violations of traffic control devices that involve the implementation of red light cameras, so-called,”
