In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the spinal cord injury trust fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 276 of the Acts of 2004, is hereby amended by adding the following:—

; an additional $50.00 fee shall be charged on all building permits issued in the Commonwealth for new or renovation construction in excess of $25,000 and said money shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer for the Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund.
