In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the spinal cord injury trust fund.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 276 of the Acts of 2004, is hereby amended by adding the following:—

 ; an additional $25.00 fee shall be assessed on the registration or purchase of all hand guns in the Commonwealth and said money shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer for deposit into the Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund.
