An Act relative to the Division of Administrative Law Appeals.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 7 of chapter 118G of the General Laws as amended by section 340 of chapter 26 of the acts of 2003, is further hereby amended by striking the third sentence in the second paragraph and replacing said sentence with the following:  "In any appeal of any matter arising out of the setting of such prospective rates of reimbursement, the aggrieved party shall be permitted to introduce into the record of such an appeal evidence of facility-specific or industry-specific costs relating to any year including, without limitation, the rate year."
