 An Act relative to the Medicaid program.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. The definition of “ambulatory surgical center” in section 1 of Chapter 118G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is herby amended by adding the following sentence:- A single-specialty ambulatory surgical center which is licensed by the commonwealth shall be included herein and shall be qualified for full participation in the Medicaid program.
