An Act relative to online degree certification.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

Section 30 of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting after the word “section,” in line 48 the following sentence:-

Nothing in this section shall be construed to exempt online degree granting institutions from the provisions of this section.
