An Act naming the Massachusetts Community College system after Foster Furcolo.  .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 5 of Chapter 15A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following after “Worcester State College,”: -

and the Foster Furcolo Community College System which includes

SECTION 2. Section 5 of Chapter 15A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by adding a new paragraph after “Springfield Technical Community College.” which reads: -

As soon as is practical after the passage of this bill, all institutions within the so-called Foster Furcolo Community College System shall change their signage, stationary and all other official references to the institution so that the words “Foster Furcolo Community College System” appears thereon.
