In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to affordable housing and community planning in the Commonwealth.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

   Said chapter 40B is hereby further amended by inserting after section 20 the following section:—

   Section 20A.  Manufactured Housing Units: 50% of the homes in a community, as defined by section 32Q of chapter 140, shall be eligible to be included toward the city or town’s affordable housing threshold as documented on the subsidized housing inventory.
