An Act Prohibiting Tenants from Paying Last Month's Rent.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 15B of chapter 186 of the General Laws,

as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by

striking out clause (ii) of subparagraph (b) of subsection 1.

SECTION 2. Said section 15B of said chapter 186, as so

appearing, is further amended by striking out subsection 2(a).

SECTION 3. Said section 15B of said chapter 186, as so

appearing, is further amended by striking out subsection (7A).
