 An Act relative to prioritizing affordable housing in all municipalities.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

 Section 1. Chapter 23B, Section 3 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

w) Prioritize state and federal funding to build low and moderate income housing in municipalities that have less than ten percent of low or moderate income housing.
