An Act relative to public housing.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. :  Section 32A of chapter 121B of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the first sentence and inserting in its place thereof the following: ---

A housing authority may make reasonable rules and regulations for the use of parking areas under its control and may make reasonable charges for the use of such areas; provided, however, that all fees collected for tenant parking shall be deposited in a separate account to be used exclusively for the maintenance of all parking areas under its control.
