 An Act relative to public housing authorities. .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. :  Section 32 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official edition,  is hereby amended by striking the fourth sentence and inserting in its place thereof the following: ---

 

In no instance shall a tenant household pay a rental fee of less than $50 per household provided that exceptions to payment of such minimum rent shall be allowed in accordance with regulations issued by the department.
