An Act relative to eligibilty for cooperative housing corporations. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section l0 of chapter 157B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (g) and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-
(g) The standard for eligibility to become a stockholder shall only be based on financial criteria.
