An Act relative to safeguarding the intent of the low and moderate income housing law.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 20 of Chapter 40B of the 2002 Official Edition of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out in line 14 the word “reasonable” and replacing it with the words “ten percent”.
