In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to low and moderate income housing.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 40B of the 2002 Official Edition of the

General Laws is hereby amended by striking out sections 20, 21, 22 and 23.

SECTION 2. The provisions of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
