An Act repealing Sections 20 through 23 of M.G.L. 40B .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Sections 20 through 23 of Chapter 40B of the Massachusetts General Laws are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This bill will take effect immediately upon passage.
