An Act to simplify the transfer of title to condominium units.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 9 of chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence.

SECTION 2.  Section 1 shall apply to all unit deeds, whether recorded prior to, on and after the effective date hereof,
