An Act relative to the effect of zoning on abutting cities and towns. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is
hereby amended by inserting after section 8 the following new section:—
Section 8A. An officer or board of an abutting city or town aggrieved by any
order, decision or action with regard to zoning taken by such city or town
shall have an appeal to the superior court.
