An Act further regulating the annual meetings of condominium owners. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 11 of Chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1996 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
(f) The procedure for the annual meeting which shall include notice to all unit owners of the time and place of such meeting and provision for the attendance of any unit owner who chooses to attend such meeting.
