 An Act to preserve affordable housing in the Commonwealth.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 55C of Chapter 44 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Chapters” in line 89 the following figure “30B” and by deleting the words “chapter 30B and” in line 97 and by deleting the words “but agreements and conveyances between the trust and agencies, boards, commissions, authorities, departments and public instrumentalities of the city or town shall be exempt from chapter 30B.” in lines 98 through 101.
