An Act relative to condominiums and homeowners associations. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 11 of chapter 183 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following 2 clauses:–
(f) The by-laws shall be amended only by a 2/3s vote of all residents presently living or owning property in the condominium or homeowners jurisdiction.
(g) No fine shall be greater than $50.
