In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the operation of school buses.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, any person who operates a school bus, may, when necessary for the safety of children, cause the bus to enter an intersection and stop to permit the boarding or discharging of school pupils.
