An Act relative to gender neutral language in the Massachusetts General Laws.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any general law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the General Court shall forthwith draft and enact legislation that contains gender neutral phrases, including, but not limited to he/she, his/her or any similar words.
