An Act relative to the salary of the Clerk Magistrate of the Barnstable District Court. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding section 6 of chapter 218 of the acts of 2001, the acting
Clerk-magistrate of the Barnstable division of the district court department shall receive
the salary provided for in section 79 of chapter 218 of the General Laws from February 1,
2002 to April 10, 2002, inclusive. The gross amount of salary differential for said time
period shall be $2,701.44.
