 An Act relative to criminal proceedings.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Chapter 265 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 24C the following section:— Section 24D. Whoever is convicted of the crime of rape under section 22, 22A, 23, 24 or 24B, inclusive, of chapter two hundred and sixty-five, must submit to an AIDS test, the results of which will be made known to the victim or victims of said crime as soon as possible after said testing.
