An Act relative to the small claims procedure.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 21 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the words “two thousand dollars” in line 6 and inserting in place thereof the figure $4,000.
