In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the number of trial court judges.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 3 by striking out the word “51” and inserting in place thereof the word “53”.

 

 

SECTION 2.  Section 2 of chapter 217 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official

 

Edition, is hereby amended in line 3 by striking out the word “three” and inserting in

 

place thereof the word “four”.
