 An Act in favor of Burton W. Gerrig, Esquire.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

That for the purpose of discharging an obligation of the commonwealth, and after an appropriation has been made thereof, there shall be allowed and paid out of the state treasury to Burton W. Gerrig, Esquire, the sum of $9,135.00 for legal services rendered to the civil serive commission in the years 1974, 1975 and 1976.
