An Act relative to enhance penalties for littering.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   Section 94A of chapter 161 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word, “dollars” the words “and not less than 25 hours of community service to be administered by the department of community corrections”.
