 An Act relative to the marriage oath.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special laws to the contrary, Section 20 of Chapter 207 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by striking the words “or a state correctional facility” and inserting in their place “state correctional facility or federal Bureau of Prisons facility”.
