An Act Relative to the Sexual Offender Registry.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 178D, in Subparagraph e of Chapter 6 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 Edition is hereby amended by striking, in lines 30 and 31, the words “or level 2”
