An Act repealing the law providing for a tribunal for the screening of medical malpractice claims .

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   SECTION 1.  Section 60B of Chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby repealed.

   SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
