 An Act Relative to Admittance of Attorneys to Court Facilities.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  The second paragraph of section 17 of chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:— Said chief justice for administration and management shall establish a policy whereby attorneys displaying a valid bar registration certificate shall be admitted to any court facility and shall not be subject to a search of their persons or belongings.
