An Act relative to blood alcohol levels.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition in Section 24D is hereby amended as follows:-

All references to blood alcohol levels of “.08 or greater” is hereby stricken and amended to include in all instances: “.02 or greater”
