An Act relative to the jurisdictional amount allowable in small claims cases.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Said Section 21 of said Chapter 218, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words “two thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:— $5000.00.
