An Act relative to the superior court for county of Bristol, civil proceedings clerk.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any rule, regulation or general law to the contrary, Chapter 221, Section 6N is hereby amended by striking in line 2 the words “by the court or” and also in line 5 striking the words “5 per cent” and inserting in place thereof “3.6 per cent”
