Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 27 of the acts of 1969 is hereby amended by striking out section 2, as amended by section 3 of chapter 769 of the acts of 1975, and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 2. Section 8 of chapter 210 of the General Laws shall apply to all grants, trust settlements, entails, devises, or bequests executed at any time, but this section shall not affect distributions made before January 1, 2007 under testamentary instruments executed before September 1, 1969.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect as of September 1, 1969.
