An Act relative to a court approved parent education program.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 209C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following:-

Section 24.  Any parent involved in a paternity case must complete a Probate and Family Court approved parent education program.
