An Act providing for the enforcement of child abuse reporting requirements. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 119 § 51A of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 32 by striking out the words “one thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “twenty-five thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the House of Corrections for not more than two and one half years, or both such fine and imprisonment.”
SECTION 2. Chapter 119 § 51A of the General Laws is hereby amended in line 33 by striking out the words “one thousand dollars” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “twenty-five thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the House of Corrections for not more than two and one half years, or both such fine and imprisonment.”
