An Act expanding testing for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                Section 1: This act may be cited as the Denise Nicoletti Act.

Section 2: Section 24 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “liquor” in line 498, the following words:-

                or is involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in serious injury or a fatality
