An Act to extend to contiguous buildings the police powers for employees at state and community colleges holding special state police powers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

                Chapter 22C, Section 63 of the Massachusetts General Laws shall be amended in paragraph 1, line 7, by striking out the words "regular police officers" and inserting in place thereof the words: "state police officers".
