An Act relative to the request for information.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

                Section 178I of Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the words level 3 sex offender the following:-

                “, or in the cases of level 1 offenders where the offender has been convicted of any “sex offense involving a child” under Chapter 6: section 178c definitions.”
